Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate - Spanish - (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support English and Spanish customer interactions and troubleshoot issues
  • Educate and counsel customers on procedures to enable self-sufficient system usage
  • Document and manage cases while meeting productivity goals and adhering to schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent business experience required
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Spanish
  • 1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
  • Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software configurations
  • Effective organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented position
