Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate - Spanish - (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support English and Spanish customer interactions and troubleshoot issues
- Educate and counsel customers on procedures to enable self-sufficient system usage
- Document and manage cases while meeting productivity goals and adhering to schedules
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent business experience required
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in both English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
- Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software configurations
- Effective organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented position
