Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 50 to 70 interactions with members daily, coordinating medical care, medications, appointments, and benefits consultations
  • Navigate multiple web-based platforms in real-time and document accurately across different systems
  • Adhere to compliance standards and processes while providing technical support and assistance


Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
