Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate, fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members regarding medical care coordination, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Navigate multiple web-based platforms in real-time while documenting interactions accurately
- Adhere to compliance standards and processes while providing compassionate and precise support
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
