Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage 50-70 member interactions daily regarding healthcare coordination, medications, and benefit inquiries
- Document interactions accurately across multiple web-based platforms
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively while navigating various systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience with complex or sensitive issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish and English
