Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 50-70 member interactions daily, providing support for healthcare coordination, medications, appointments, and benefits inquiries
  • Document interactions accurately across multiple systems while navigating web-based platforms
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to assist members and troubleshoot basic system issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
  • Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive matters
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
