Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 50-70 member interactions daily, providing support for healthcare coordination, medications, appointments, and benefits inquiries
- Document interactions accurately across multiple systems while navigating web-based platforms
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to assist members and troubleshoot basic system issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
- Prior customer service experience handling complex or sensitive matters
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based systems simultaneously
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
