Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position responsible for managing 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefits-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily interactions with members regarding medical care and benefits
  • Document interactions accurately across multiple systems
  • Navigate various web-based platforms while assisting members in real-time
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex matters
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
