Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Advocate, a full-time remote position responsible for managing 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefits-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions with members regarding medical care and benefits
- Document interactions accurately across multiple systems
- Navigate various web-based platforms while assisting members in real-time
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling complex matters
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
