Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time hourly Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, appointments, and benefits in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage daily member interactions, providing reliable coordination of medical services and benefits
  • Document interactions accurately across multiple systems while navigating various web platforms
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to assist members and solve basic system navigation issues
Required qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
