Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, appointments, and benefits consultations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily interactions with members, providing reliable coordination of medical services and benefits
  • Navigate multiple web-based platforms in real-time while documenting interactions accurately
  • Adhere to compliance standards and processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
