Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate to work remotely, who will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, appointments, and benefits inquiries while adhering to compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions with members, providing reliable coordination of medical services and benefits
• Document interactions accurately across multiple systems while navigating various web platforms
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively to support customer inquiries and maintain compliance

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
