Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefit consultations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle member inquiries by navigating multiple web-based platforms and documenting interactions accurately
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively while maintaining communication with members
- Adhere to compliance standards and processes in a fast-paced, structured environment
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous customer service experience with complex or sensitive issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
