Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefit consultations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle member inquiries by navigating multiple web-based platforms and documenting interactions accurately
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively while maintaining communication with members
  • Adhere to compliance standards and processes in a fast-paced, structured environment
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience with complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
