Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefits in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage member interactions by providing reliable coordination of medical care and benefits
  • Document interactions accurately across multiple web-based platforms
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications efficiently while navigating various systems simultaneously
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems concurrently
