Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefits in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage member interactions by providing reliable coordination of medical care and benefits
- Document interactions accurately across multiple web-based platforms
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications efficiently while navigating various systems simultaneously
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web systems concurrently
