Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate who will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, providing reliable coordination of medical care, medications, and benefit-related inquiries in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily member interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards
  • Navigate multiple web-based platforms in real-time while communicating effectively with members
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams efficiently to support customer needs
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
