Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, appointments, and benefits inquiries in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage daily interactions with members, serving as a reliable resource for medical coordination and benefits inquiries
  • Document accurately across multiple systems while navigating various web platforms in real-time
  • Adhere to compliance standards and processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
