Job Summary
To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate will manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, coordinating medical care, medications, and benefits inquiries in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle member interactions while navigating multiple web-based platforms in real-time
- Document interactions accurately across various systems while maintaining compliance standards
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams effectively to assist members and resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
