Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Advocate to manage 50 to 70 daily interactions with members, providing reliable coordination of medical care, medications, and benefits inquiries in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily interactions with members, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to compliance standards
- Navigate multiple web-based platforms in real-time while communicating effectively with members
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to document interactions and resolve basic system issues independently
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling complex or sensitive issues
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to navigate multiple web systems simultaneously
