Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Associate (REMOTE Contract- 6 month) who is bilingual in French and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, services, and issues through various communication channels
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer service expectations are met and facilitate profitable growth
• Resolve customer issues and suggest alternative products when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French
• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Office Suite, or similar CRM
• Ability to work in a remote environment and pass a background check
