Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Rep II - Virtual 1st Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dental and Vision callers with eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claims
• Provide feedback on claim issues and support enrollment activities
• Document call information accurately and escalate issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
• Fluency in Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
