Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative - Work at Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
• Provide one-call resolution and follow up with customers as needed
• Offer upgraded products/services to customers during calls

Required Qualifications

• MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH (read and write)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• PC literacy (Windows, web navigation) and 25 WPM typing skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Must be located in New Brunswick
