Job Summary
Working remotely in Texas, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of calls daily.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing support to members and clients
- Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop, contributing to team goals and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home workspace to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications:
- Must currently reside in Texas
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
