Job Summary

Working remotely in Texas, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of calls daily.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing support to members and clients
  • Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop, contributing to team goals and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free home workspace to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications:
  • Must currently reside in Texas
  • 1 year of Call Center experience
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
