Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities while working remotely from Texas, ensuring exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities:
  • Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries and providing assistance to members and clients
  • Progressively manage more complex tasks as skills develop, contributing to overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Required qualifications:
  • Must currently reside in Texas
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational abilities
