Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish, the fully remote Bilingual Customer Care Representative II will provide exceptional service to Dental and Vision callers by assisting with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends during peak enrollment periods.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist callers with information regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claims
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and clients to resolve issues related to eligibility and appeals
  • Document call information accurately and provide feedback on claim issues to ensure timely resolutions
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
