Job Summary
Working remotely from Nevada, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will manage inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of calls daily.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle 60-80 inbound calls daily, addressing inquiries from members, clients, and facilities
- Provide personalized attention and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Progressively take on more complex tasks as skills develop within the role
Required qualifications:
- Must currently reside in Nevada
- 1 year of call center experience
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Basic typing and computer skills with a reliable high-speed internet connection
