Bilingual Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

Fluent in Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Representative will provide exceptional service to Dental and Vision callers regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, and claims while working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes potential evening and weekend hours during peak enrollment periods.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist callers with inquiries about eligibility, benefit coverage, and claims while ensuring a memorable customer experience
• Document call information accurately and provide feedback on claim issues to improve service quality
• Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and client Member Services staff

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
• Fluency in Spanish
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
