Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Care Specialist provides full-time remote customer service to loan holders, assisting with inquiries and payments while adapting to new responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and review loan information
- Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Support customers with monthly payments and account updates
Required Qualifications and Education
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience desired
- Some college education or degree preferred
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
