Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Care Specialist provides full-time remote customer service to loan holders, assisting with inquiries and payments while adapting to new responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome new customers and review loan information
  • Interact with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
  • Support customers with monthly payments and account updates
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience desired

  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
