Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (French/English).
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders from the U.S. and Canada via phone, ensuring compliance with service procedures
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and providing timely responses to inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain adherence to Environmental Health and Safety policies
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is required; French-Canadian proficiency preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills required
- Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
