Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist (French/English).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer orders from the U.S. and Canada via phone, ensuring compliance with service procedures
  • Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments and providing timely responses to inquiries
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain adherence to Environmental Health and Safety policies
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French is required; French-Canadian proficiency preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills required
  • Reliable team player with a strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
