Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative who provides customer service to loan holders from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and review loan information with them
- Verify account information and assist customers with inquiries and payment processing
- Make outbound calls to customers who are delinquent and document account notes
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or finance setting
- Some college education or a college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with CRM programs is desired
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Availability to work between 8am and 8pm, including late nights and rotating Saturdays
