Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative who provides customer service to loan holders from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new customers and review loan information with them
• Verify account information and assist customers with inquiries and payment processing
• Make outbound calls to customers who are delinquent and document account notes

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or finance setting
• Some college education or a college degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with CRM programs is desired
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Availability to work between 8am and 8pm, including late nights and rotating Saturdays
