Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (Bilingual German/English) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, live chats, and respond to written communication
• Troubleshoot issues related to consumer products and assist with order inquiries
• Process refunds and replacements accurately while delivering high-quality customer service

Qualifications:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• College degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
