Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to provide customer service remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome new customers and review loan information
  • Verify account information and assist customers with inquiries and issues
  • Support customers with monthly payments and create clear account notes
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Some college or a college degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience is a plus
  • Available to work between 8am and 8pm, including some evenings and Saturdays
