Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to provide customer service remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new customers and review loan information
- Verify account information and assist customers with inquiries and issues
- Support customers with monthly payments and create clear account notes
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Some college or a college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook; CRM experience is a plus
- Available to work between 8am and 8pm, including some evenings and Saturdays
