Job Summary
To support customer satisfaction and service excellence, the full-time Bilingual Customer Care Specialist will manage customer inquiries, billing issues, and service orders while working remotely and participating in an on-call rotation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer interactions with empathy and integrity
- Consult with customers on service orders and billing inquiries, escalating issues as needed
- Promote available products and services while participating in an on-call rotation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED at the time of application submission
- One year of customer service experience, including call center, hospitality, or retail
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read and translate between the two
