Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Contact Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls and email communication
  • Facilitate communication between patients and payers regarding healthcare services
  • Collect and enter accurate patient, provider, and payer information into the claims platform
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED desired; equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Must comply with continuing education requirements
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry billing and coding terminologies preferred but not required
