Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of incoming calls and email communication
- Facilitate communication between patients and payers regarding healthcare services
- Collect and enter accurate patient, provider, and payer information into the claims platform
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED desired; equivalent professional experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Must comply with continuing education requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare industry billing and coding terminologies preferred but not required
