Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist to provide support and guidance to Medicaid recipients regarding their dental care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 40-60 inbound calls, addressing inquiries of varying complexity
• Accurately capture and update member information in systems
• Investigate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolutions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare customer service role
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
