Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Handle incoming calls regarding Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL) with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and communicate claim statuses clearly
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer-facing work experience required
  • 1+ years of contact center experience preferred
