Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume outreach via phone, text, and email to new and existing members
- Complete assigned tickets daily while maintaining a high phone answer rate
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and maintain a high customer satisfaction score
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a customer support representative
- Experience with CRM and customer service tools, such as Insightly and HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with older adults
- Proficiency with computers and technical tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of work
