Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high volume outreach via phone, text, and email to new and existing members
  • Complete assigned tickets daily while maintaining a high phone answer rate
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and maintain a high customer satisfaction score


Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a customer support representative
  • Experience with CRM and customer service tools, such as Insightly and HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with older adults
  • Proficiency with computers and technical tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of work
