Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Associate II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inquiries for The State of Kentucky and provide accurate information via inbound calls
  • Respond to telephone inquiries, address customer concerns, and document calls appropriately
  • Inform customers of available services and resources, and communicate options for resolution

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Minimum of 1-year call center experience in telephone customer service or related field
  • Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs
  • Typing minimum of 25 WPM
