Job Summary

Fluent in both English and French, the full-time Bilingual Customer Experience Consultant will serve as the primary point of coordination for customers during their mobility journey, proactively engaging with clients, utilizing technology to enhance customer experience, and ensuring accurate information delivery while working remotely in Canada.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with customers to welcome them and provide guidance on authorized services throughout their relocation process
  • Utilize digital tools to ensure timely and accurate information is conveyed, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, ensuring compliance with key experience metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer experience or business operations
  • Fluency in English and French; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience navigating multiple technology platforms effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes independently
