Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator to support customer engagement in energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and conduct proactive outreach to explain energy efficiency programs
  • Guide customers through enrollment options and promote program benefits
  • Assist with marketing activities and contribute to team support and reporting
Qualifications
  • Preferred associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Word, Outlook, and desktop applications
  • Comfort engaging with customers by phone and working with cross-functional teams
