Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator to support customer engagement in energy efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and conduct proactive outreach to explain energy efficiency programs
- Guide customers through enrollment options and promote program benefits
- Assist with marketing activities and contribute to team support and reporting
Qualifications
- Preferred associate degree or equivalent experience
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with Word, Outlook, and desktop applications
- Comfort engaging with customers by phone and working with cross-functional teams
