Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist will support customers remotely via email, phone, and chat, addressing pre-sales inquiries, order support, and troubleshooting while collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a full range of customer queries, including product inquiries, order support, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to represent the voice of the customer and improve processes
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by providing a solution-focused, human-first experience
Required qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken)
  • 1+ year of customer support experience in an email, chat, or phone environment
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting iOS/Android apps and connectivity issues
  • Flexibility to work 2-5 weekends during peak periods
