Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist will respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to banking products and services while working remotely and managing multiple systems to assist customers effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries, addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information on accounts
- Research and resolve problems, including those related to fraud support and internet operations
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments to handle complex issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of nine months of Contact Center customer service training/experience or 18 months of prior customer service experience
- Completion of specialized skill training relevant to the role
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- Proven experience in managing customer interactions, particularly with dissatisfied customers
