A company is looking for a Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming customer interactions efficiently and professionally
• Identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure satisfaction
• Provide accurate information and process customer payments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• High School diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work a 25-30 hour workweek
• Strong accountability and ability to work independently
