Job Summary

To deliver exceptional customer service, the part-time temporary Bilingual Customer Operations Specialist will manage inbound calls, provide accurate information regarding automotive rebate claims, and assist with backend operational tasks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage inbound calls from participants, addressing questions about claims and program details
• Validate applications and claims associated with the automotive rebate program
• Attend training sessions to stay informed on program updates and ensure seamless program execution

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Computer literacy, including comfort with word processing and spreadsheets
