Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound phone calls in both English and French to connect with eligible users and introduce services
• Serve as the first point of contact for families, building trust through compassionate communication

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Professional fluency in both English and French
• A self-motivated individual with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Experience in high-volume outbound sales or customer service environments is preferred
• Familiarity with Canadian French dialects and comfort working with translated materials
