- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
- Documents member and provider communications for quality tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position, typically requiring little or no previous experience
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Ability to provide customer service in a high-paced contact center environment
