Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical support to 50 to 70 individuals daily
• Navigate primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits for clients
• Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in insurance operations
• Proficient in using various web-based systems
• Experience in medical/insurance fields is desirable
• Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
