• Participate in a 5-week intensive training program and work flexible 8-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in insurance operations
• Proficient in using various web-based systems
• Experience in medical/insurance settings is a plus
• Background in social work or behavioral health is advantageous
