Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance to 50 to 70 clients daily, navigating primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits
• Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST
• Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in insurance operations
• Proficient with various web-based systems
• Experience in medical/insurance customer service or related fields
• Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
