Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical assistance to 50 to 70 clients daily, navigating primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Work full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST
- Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in insurance operations
- Proficient with various web-based systems
- Experience in medical/insurance customer service or related fields
- Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
