Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist 50 to 70 clients daily with medical care navigation, including primary care, medications, appointments, and benefits
  • Provide support during a 5-week intensive training program
  • Work flexible 8-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations
  • Proficient with various web-based systems
  • Experience in medical insurance or related fields is a plus
  • Background in social work or behavioral health is beneficial
