• Participate in a 5-week intensive training program

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of experience in insurance operations
• Proficient with web-based systems and technology
• Experience in medical insurance or related fields preferred
• Background in social work or behavioral health is a plus
