Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate I- Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and provider inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
