Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate I- Russian.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Acts as a front-line resolution advocate to mitigate complaints and resolve basic issues
  • Documents member or provider communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Bilingual in English and Russian strongly preferred
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
