Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate I- Russian.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
- Acts as a front-line resolution advocate to mitigate complaints and resolve basic issues
- Documents member or provider communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Bilingual in English and Russian strongly preferred
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
