Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
• Enhance service productivity by coordinating with technicians and managing workflow
• Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests on various topics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
• Bilingual in French preferred
• Availability to work 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
